LEGALIZATION

Power of Attorney / Certify Signature for Non-Thai National Applicants

The Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm does not have the authority to certify the signatures of individuals who are not Thai nationals. Therefore, we require you to first have your signature signed, witnessed by a Notary Public and then send your document(s) to be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD Juridiska Expedition) of Sweden  (for Swedish citizens) or Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia (for Latvian citizens). After completing this process, you may bring the legalized document(s) to The Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm for certification.
